Jordan came in and was very personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and got straight to the job. He went over and above and I was very grateful he could solve my issue. He will be back to finish the job when the part comes back repaired. Plumbv are friendly on the phone and come out in a very timely manner. I would use this company again.

Such a great experience! First the lady on the phone was very pleasant and considerate. Second the sales guy was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Lastly the two guys that installed our new water heater did such a great job. I just found a new plumbing company for life! 5 star all the way!!!

5 Stars I had a very pleasant experience today with Plumb V. Ryan called 30 minutes ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving. He was courteous, punctual and very professional. He and his colleague, Deonye, got right to work. First, Ryan went over all the jobs on the estimate. We walked through the house while he inspected the toilets, hot water heater, and various other jobs on the estimate. He also probed further and found some areas that also needed updating, the valves under my bathroom sinks. I opted to go ahead with those too after he came up with an estimate on the spot. Ryan worked most of the day on my plumbing and kept me informed when there was a slight change of plans. It was thoughtful of him to check in with me and we went forward with the new plan. I’m pleased with the work that’s been done at my house today. Ryan also took the time to go out to his truck to get me a brochure about my membership plan since I wasn’t sure about that. That was hugely helpful! There was no rush, he did his best and I’m very satisfied. I feel like I have a friendly support with Plumb V and Ryan in particular. Thank you! Jody Cooke

Ryan did a truly great job of repairing/replacing all the faucets in my kitchen and baths, including a new toilet. All were things that were long overdue, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and prompt, and he cleaned up after himself. He was even nice to my dog, who wanted to help him! I would definitely hire him again!

Thoroughly professional: Prompt, knowledgeable, and diligent. Provided clear explanations and willingly fielded questions… I called originally for time-sensitive repairs, but am also now retaining PlumbV for regular annual maintenance service…

Huge thank you to Fabian and Ryan, seriously the easiest and most professional experience we’ve ever had with a plumbing company. Both were quick to update, incredibly polite, and had all of our issues taken care of in less than 6 hours. We just moved here from out of state so a broken water heater days after a long haul move with a baby could’ve been disastrous. They far exceeded our expectations!! Thanks again guys!!

I want to commend PlumbV employee Fabian for quick, friendly, competent assistance yesterday when our 10 year old water heater suddently sprang a leak. Already close to our home on another job, he was at our home within 10 minutes. He immediately shut off the water, drained the tank of all remaining water, and took away the tank. In less than an hour and a half, he was back with a new tank, installed it, then carefully reviewed with me its features and controls before leaving. My wife and I are very impressed with his work.

The technicians did an amazing job. They explained what they were doing each step of the way. They completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I trust PlumbV for all my plumbing needs.
